Reservations Persons Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a cabin. Two night minimum stay required. Additional night(s) required during specific dates. (See Chart Below) STAY 6 NIGHTS AND 7TH NIGHT IS FREE! (Except October) Tax is additional - Deposit required We Reserve the Right to Require a Refundable Damage Deposit. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations more than 45 days prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 processing fee. Cancellations 45 days or fewer prior to your arrival date will not receive a refund unless the cabin is re-rented for the same number of nights as your reservation, minus a $15.00 processing fee. CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT* Check Out Time is by 10:00 AM Check In Time begins at 2:00 PM (Eastern standard Time) *On high turnover days we reserve the right to hold check in to a later time to complete preparation of your cabin for your arrival. During your stay, you are responsible for any damages and/or missing items!!! Guests are not permitted to have parties or extra guests exceeding the maximum number of people that the cabin sleeps. Anyone conducting a party at one of our properties will be immediately checked out with NO REFUND. Guests are responsible for any and all damages, missing items or repairs necessary to return the premises back to the condition in which the cabin was found upon arrival. Guests are also responsible for additional charges of $10.00 per person in excess of maximum sleeping capacity. We reserve the right to require a refundable damage deposit. Lost & found Townsend Property Management Group, Inc./"Bear"ly Rustic Cabin Rentals is not responsible for ANY items left in a cabin upon checking out! PLEASE BE SURE to thoroughly check the cabin for items belonging to you! In the event you return home and discover something left in the cabin, we will make an attempt to recover the item and ship it to you C.O.D. online Reservations the rental amount computed by booking your reservation on-line may vary from the actual amount due for your stay! (Variances may occur due to charges for minimum night stay requirements, rate changes for overlapping seasons, etc..) upon receiving email notification of your on-line reservation one of our representatives will contact you regarding your reservation and deposit information as well as any required changes to dates and/or charges! |
